Beach Clean sessions for Morecambe Bay schools
Calling all local Morecambe Bay schools! It’s time to embark on an exciting and educational journey with our upcoming Beach Clean sessions and interactive classroom workshops.
Calling Morecambe Bay schools- join a beach clean!
This initiative aims to empower students aged 7-18 to become environmental stewards by fostering a deep understanding of beach plastics and water quality issues.
What’s in store for schools?
- Beach Clean sessions: Morecambe Bay is a treasure worth protecting. We are organising 5 beach clean sessions where students will actively participate in cleaning up beautiful shores. These hands-on experiences not only contribute to conservation of our local environment but also instils a sense of responsibility towards nature.
- Interactive classroom sessions: Dive into the heart of the issue with our engaging classroom sessions. We’ll explore the impact of plastics on our oceans, marine life, and the importance of water quality. Our knowledgeable session leaders will guide students through a thought-provoking discussion and interactive activities, making the learning experience both informative and enjoyable.
- All equipment provided: We understand the importance of convenience. Schools need only bring their enthusiasm and commitment, and we will provide all the necessary equipment.
- Transportation: Schools are responsible for funding transportation to an agreed location
